Hi Ted,Our letter to "Maschke" was short and sweet. We implied action through the British Courts as we were advised that under European Law "Privacy Laws" we would have a good case all be it expensive to pursue. Being that Maschke is in Holland and his hosting company is European maybe this gave us an advantage.
For what its worth my opinion is that Maschke is typical coward, he is quite prepared to host conversations in public with those who will not reveal themselves and then present one sided comments as fact with no evidence. If his true aim in life is to "represent the wronged" that is fair enough however by doing this at the expense of other's integrity makes him as guilty of double standards.
Before anyone accuses me of double standards by calling "Maschke a coward" on this site I will say that I would be only to happy to pop on a plane to Holland and politely tell him to his face!

Dear Mr Maschke,
AntiPolygraph.org – Notice of complaint regarding message content.
Please find enclosed a printout from your website message board posted on the 25th February 2006.
This message includes untrue and libellous comments against me. On advice from my lawyer I write formally requesting that you remove this message from your site immediately. Should this message not be removed forthwith I shall proceed with immediate legal action through the British Courts.
A copy of this letter has been sent to your service provider.
