Guyhesel Member	posted 04-29-2006 01:18 AM Hi, My colleague and I have a problem with Anti Polygraph.com (George Maschke web site). My colleague has been named on a thread with regard to a serious allegation of professional dishonesty. It goes without saying that this allegation is as you guy's put it is "BS". We are based in the UK and have our lawyer looking into any action that we may be able to file here in the UK based on European legislation. It would help if anyone out there has any information with regard to the the web hosting company that houses Georges site (this is likely to be our first point of attack) and if anyone has any knowledge of previous attempts in the states or anywhere else to tackle Maschke and his friends. Barry C Member	posted 04-29-2006 02:50 PM Do a "whois" search of the domain name, and you'll get the info. Just type "whois" in your search engine, and you'll find a number of sites that will allow you to run the domain (antipolygraph.org or whatever it is). IP: Logged
Ted Todd Member	posted 04-29-2006 03:21 PM Guy, George has his web site based in the Netherlands, not Canada. I have been the subject of his crap in the past and had my high tech crime guys track him down. I have a lot of info including mailing adresses and the like for George. Email me or call and I will fill you in. PS: We looked into going after him on a criminal complaint and because he is in the Netherlands, he was pretty much untouchable. Ted IP: Logged

Guyhesel Member	posted 05-24-2006 09:49 AM Hi Ted, Our letter to "Maschke" was short and sweet. We implied action through the British Courts as we were advised that under European Law "Privacy Laws" we would have a good case all be it expensive to pursue. Being that Maschke is in Holland and his hosting company is European maybe this gave us an advantage. For what its worth my opinion is that Maschke is typical coward, he is quite prepared to host conversations in public with those who will not reveal themselves and then present one sided comments as fact with no evidence. If his true aim in life is to "represent the wronged" that is fair enough however by doing this at the expense of other's integrity makes him as guilty of double standards. Before anyone accuses me of double standards by calling "Maschke a coward" on this site I will say that I would be only to happy to pop on a plane to Holland and politely tell him to his face! Below is the text of the letter we sent him. here is the text, Dear Mr Maschke, AntiPolygraph.org – Notice of complaint regarding message content. Please find enclosed a printout from your website message board posted on the 25th February 2006. This message includes untrue and libellous comments against me. On advice from my lawyer I write formally requesting that you remove this message from your site immediately. Should this message not be removed forthwith I shall proceed with immediate legal action through the British Courts. A copy of this letter has been sent to your service provider.
